It bonds us all together. It is something we all have in common. And yet for so many of us, food can be a huge source of frustration, anxiety, self loathing, contention, and conflict.
Food is a neutral thing. The energy we charge into it, the energy with which we associate it, is what it means to us. This is good news! This means we can choose our relationship with food. And if we don’t like it, we can change it at any time!
I believe in using food to bring people together; we will go into how to do this. Instead of allowing food to create negative emotions within us, I believe in using it to heal and empower. And we can use our own struggles to help others. I’ll explore all this too.
